BTC eLearning Strategic Plan

When hired at BTC as eLearning director, I was tasked with establishing a direction for the department as well as distance learning programs at BTC as a whole. In working with other stakeholders including faculty members, the library and others, this eLearning Strategic plan served as a guiding document for all efforts within the department, and how it interfaced with individuals and groups across the campus.
