After working for over 10 years supporting Educational Technology and eLearning, I realized there’s not many books on how to manage these things, how to work with instructors, librarians and administrators when launching and maintaining these programs.
After many conversations with fellow instructional designers and eLearning professionals, I decided to write a book to serve as a guide in working in the field of eLearning.
I’m not the biggest fan of textbooks, so I’m writing this in a very accessible, blog-like voice, with a nice amount of cynicism, comedy and a whole bunch of useful information.
So far I’ve got an outline and table of contents and will be filling in whenever I have free time.
- This book is a living document, so feel free to add your comments to the google doc and I’ll revise the book based on this feedback (ideas only, no copy editing needed at this point).
- When this book is done, it will be FREE, licensed under Creative Commons for anyone to download, share and remix.
Check it out and thanks for your support!
